Chase has been getting around so well lately. He loves to crawl and is getting really excited about his independence. Chase can pull himself up on anything, walk along the furniture and use his push toy to walk. Sometimes he gets so excited he can't stand up. I have been trying to get him to stand on his own and he is getting a little bit braver. Chase learned how to crawl up the stairs last month but now he can crawl down too. He made me nervous at first but after practicing all weekend at his Grandma's house (only 5 carpeted stairs) he is a pro anywhere we go. I have kept the gate up so I know where he is but when we go down stairs he likes to do it himself. I think Chase will be walking in the next few months so I am trying to cherish this time when he is still a baby before the toddling begins.
