Hobbling Around

Myles got his cast off and week later still wouldn't walk on his leg so we took him up to the specialists at Primary Children's to double check that everything was okay. They took a final x-ray and checked Myles over. The doctor was amazing and put aside all of our fears. Myles was just fine and needed a little bit more time to adjust to walking after the cast than we thought. Myles continued crawling and scooting around until May 1st. We had a birthday party for Myles and he was so excited to try out his new stuff that he started putting weight on his leg and walking. He still hobbles a little and doesn't run yet but he had made great progress. We are so glad to see him doing so well after this difficult experience. Myles really was such a trooper through it all. We are so proud of him and very thankful for all of the help and support we got during that time.
