Here are a few pictures of some of the events over the last month.
This first picture shows an attempt by Jennie to tame the beast that is Myles's hair. As the picture shows, he has amazing coverage for such a wee lad. His follicle-challenged father is definitely jealous. The question is will the beast stayed tamed?
The answer, of course, is no.These next few pictures were taken by Jennie earlier this week. As you will see, Myles has gotten to the point where he is not looking so much like a newborn.
This picture is of Myles contemplating life's mysteries.
This is Myles expressing his frustration to his mother at being bothered while he contemplates life's mysteries.
Here is Myles reacting to a gas bubble.
And once again, he is back to contemplating life's mysteries.
Admittedly, he is not thinking about anything right here. He is just staring.
Here are a few pictures of Meredith and Royal. Royal was born this last Monday, May 28, 2007.
Zach and Meredith haven't decided yet what Royal's middle name will be. They are still weighing the following choices: Caribbean, Tenenbaum, and Rumble (my personal favorite). As you can tell from left side of the picture, I have cropped Zach out of this picture for reasons that will be made clear to you below.
From right to left: Me, Myles, Royal, a muskrat attacking Zach's face, and Zach.
This picture was taken right before we left the hospital with Myles for the first time.
Dashiel is holding various sizes of fish that his great-grandmother Craven gave to him. They are currently his favorite bath tub toys. Here are our boys.
